BASE provided full architectural services to achieve this successful little development. Planning was obtained for 6 houses where one large house (former health clinic) once stood. A challenging site for access, highway design, local neighbour engagement and hidden services. BASE navigated this minefield of issues and obtained full approvals for this commercially successful high density scheme. At the same time the scheme gained recognition from the Local Authority for a scheme that sits well and enhances its local environment. Right at the heart of the village sitting on and viewing over the village green a once eyesore site is now a focal point.
