Housing Development for 17 Dwellings in Langley Park, Durham

BASE were commissioned to design a new housing scheme on a former Church Hall site at Front Street Langley Park Durham. Planning was secured for this prominent front street site at the entrance to the village. A profitable high density layout was achieved that maximised the sites yield for the developer whilst still achieving a desirable place to live. A mix of housing type and tenure was applied to meet local housing needs and comply with affordability requirments. Now complete and occupied.
