Housing Development for 31 Affordable Homes in Catterick

BASE were commissioned to design a new housing scheme of mixed tenure of rent & private sale affordable homes in Catterick North Yorkshire. Planning permission was secured in 2017 and completion will be achieved in early 2019. BASE provided a full planning and technical design service, inception to completion. BASE achieved a high density mix that ensured the viability of the scheme but also ensured it was a desirable place to live.
