New Headquarters for Station Taxis

Station Taxis, the largest Taxi Company in the Sunderland area, needed a new headquarters due to expansion.

Our brief was to convert an existing steel framed workshop and office of an Engineering company into their accounts, call centre, management offices and vehicle workshop.

This proposal also required the erection of a 20m high radio transmitter. We set up a design team of Quantity Surveyor, Engineer and ourselves and successfully took the project through Planning, Building Regulation, tender and Construction.

The scheme allows the Client for room to expand the call centre operation a further 50% when required, and to now expand the business as a commercial workshop.
