Plot 1 Wellington Wynyard

BASE were commissioned in the design of a new self-build dwelling on the Wynyard estate. We navigated and unlocked the complexities of the Nitrate Neutrality issues that locked development on the site for months then went on to produce working drawing information for the self-build client to enable them to successfully build their home without any technical difficulties for the client to resolve. As well as obtaining all the required approvals we advised and assisted with the appointment of all the required additional consultants and co-ordinated the design into one coherent package for them and their builders to follow.
