Sheraton Hill Farm, Barn Conversions and New Dwellings

BASE were commissioned to design and gain Planning approval for Barn conversions and a general master-planning exercise of the existing agricultural farm buildings and stables to provide dwellings for sale.

BASE worked closely with the client, planners and conservation officer, to gain planning approval for 11 units comprising of barn conversions, extension of existing cottage and new units. Re-using the main brick barns which had many features including large arches and much character, combined with some clever design to form new buildings to tie in seamlessly with the old.

Planning approval was gained September 2016 for the 11 dwellings.
