BASE have specialised knowledge and experience in providing profitable student accommodation conversions of existing dwellings for the private landlord market. We can normally achieve 6 good size usable bedrooms from the typical 3 bed terraced dwelling maximising potential long term returns. BASE gained successful approvals for over 100 additional bed spaces in Durham in the year 2007 to 2008 alone, all with improved sanitary facilities and many with en-suites. We have gained a good working relationship with the local authority including environmental health and all the schemes meet current legislation for the size, licensing and HMO standards.
