BASE were appointed under a design build contract to procure a design for a new workshop unit with internal offices. the site lies in an existing industrial estate on a previously unused site.

The unit uses Kingspan composite panels for quick erection, thermal performance and aesthetics.

The works were completed as schedule and are currently occupied.
