Set on a challenging site with many planning complications BASE maximised the potential returns for the client and delivered an intuitive solution which included an underground car park with car stacking systems. Constructed in lightweight metal stud construction with brick slip finishes to minimise wet trades on site and include as much ‘’off site fabrication as possible’’.
