The former builders yard was demolished and Planning Approval sought and granted for 8No. 3 bedroom town houses. A narrow challenging site lying in a flood zone and conservation area, but we overcame these problems to achieve a high density scheme of 59 units per hectare.
The dwellings were erected as SIPS panel frames to improve speed on site and to improve thermal performance.
The dwellings confirm to and exceed all current thermal standards.
