Garswood House - Minster care

The project consists of 3 No. single storey extensions to create additional bedrooms and day space, together with all associated external works and the like to the existing Minster Care Group Garswood House Care Home, at Wentworth Road, Ashton-In-Makerfield, Wigan, WN4 9TZ

BASE were commissioned to gain Building Regulations approval for a new extensions and provide Architectural assistance on site.

BASE worked closely with Minster Care Group, to gain eleven new bedrooms with En-Suites and two large additional Lounge Spaces to suit their needs and requirements.

Work started in September 2018 due to be completed March 2019.
