Hallow Hill Castle Eden

Extensive refurbishment and extension of an existing historic property in sought after Castle Eden Co. Durham. BASE produced the Planning drawings and successfully negotiated an approval in a sensitive conservation area. BASE then managed the construction contracts through to completion and occupation. We oversaw all technical and financial aspects of the building contract and ensured the works were completed to a high standard.
