BASE were commissioned to design a new housing scheme of mixed tenure rent & private sale properties in New Brancepeth Co Durham. Planning was secured for a high density scheme on this challenging sloping site. BASE secured all the LA approvals and solved all the technical challenges that the site produced.

The scheme is now occupied and managed by Price Bishop Housing Association, now Karbon Homes.
