BASE produced a scheme to renovate and refurbish an existing tried old industrial unit and bring it up to good lettable standards. The success of this scheme meant it was soon taken by a local builders merchant. BASE then designed and managed the contract to convert the building to suit the end users function, with the project delivered on time and budget to a successful conclusion.
