New Detached Bungalows and House, Waterside Park Hebburn

BASE were commissioned to design and gain Planning and Building Regulations approval for new detached Bungalows and a Detached House to go on a land owned by the Client.

BASE had previously gained Planning and Building Regulations approval for three detached houses on this site.

Due to the high interest in the site and shortage of bungalows in the area, the client approached BASE again to gain approval for Bungalows on the site. BASE designed bespoke bungalows to suit the site and in the process gaining an additional property on the site. Working closely with our Planning contacts we gained Planning approval in December 2017 for our client and began the Building Regulations submission drawings.
