BASE were commissioned to design and gain Planning and Building Regulations approval for a new detached timber frame house to go on a building plot purchased from another developer client ours.
BASE worked closely with the Robbs through design meetings, to get a three storey detached house to suit their needs and provide their dream home.
The planners took a bit of persuading to allow a three storey building adjacent the two storey Barratt Houses.
With a bit of juggling of ground levels and use of sympathetic materials to the elevations we provided a solution all were happy with and following Planning Approval and Building Regulations approval work started in 2017 completed December 2018.
