BASE were commissioned in the design of two bespoke, high quality dwellings in a sensitive location. Aimed at a buyer who wants a higher quality than your standard volume housebuilder provides but without the involvement of a full self-build scheme it’s hoped this development fits that requirement. A beautiful location and set in ample plots with attention to detail and quality as well as a highly insulated, energy saving fabric first design approach was adopted. Expected for completion mid 2024
