Proposed 17 unit Housing Development

BASE designed this executive housing scheme consisting of 17 No. Units ranging from five bedroom executive town houses through to two bedroom apartments on a former primary school site in Durham. Planning permission was sought and granted and the project was eventually sold to a Major National Housing Developer with all homes selling from plan.
