Traditional Housing Development for 17 new houses in Yorkshire Dales National Park

BASE were commissioned to design a new housing scheme of mixed tenure affordable sales & rent and private sale properties in West Witton in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Planning permission was secured in 2018 in this very sensitive area, the first major housing development within the Dales for some considerable time. Aimed at providing housing for local needs and done in conjunction with a housing developer and registered social housing provider.

Works set to start on site in 2019 with BASE remaining as a technical design consultants through to completion.
