Comprehensive conversion and extension to an existing bungalow with the addition of a 1st floor using attic trusses. Plus a complete visual and layout transformation to produce a desirable modern home. A complicated corner plot design was negotiated to produce a double fronted bungalow with a double increase in usable floor space for the client. BASE then produced all the technical and construction drawings for a successful self build .
