A high quality proposal for the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of an existing large executive dwelling with design integrity and subtle arts and crafts style. In a highly sensitive location in the conservation area here at BASE we navigated the planning process and produced this successful design that obtained approval with little fuss. BASE then produced all the Technical and Construction drawings and assisted with the tender process. Works now on site and progressing well.
